The Challenge

At the onset of the COVID pandemic, a large manufacturing organization operating across more than 20 sites faced a critical operational challenge. There were no established pandemic protocols, no structured workplace response system, and no practical process for translating rapidly changing government mandates into clear operational guidelines.
