Malu Ros; CEO
Malu is a founder and CEO at Elevate. A lifelong passion for education and coaching has driven Malu to create impactful training programs throughout her career. She first applied her skills by training health leaders at the World Health Organization. Later, as a pioneer in the BPO industry at Convergys (now Concentrix), she developed a curriculum that became an industry standard and led her to a global leadership position. Malu's extensive experience also includes roles as a Vice President of Operations at U.S. Bank and training customer success managers at Five9 Inc. With a diploma in Organizational Development from the Ateneo de Manila University, she is uniquely skilled at identifying an organization's needs and designing training programs to boost performance.
Ryan Cole; President
Ryan is the President at Elevate He is a professional dedicated to a simple goal: helping organizations reach their full potential. For more than 25 years, he’s been on the ground leading teams for Fortune companies in contact center operations across multiple continents. Through this extensive experience, he's learned that communication is the key to building a unified, high-performing culture that delivers incredible results.
His true passion, however, lies in helping organizations and teams thrive, and he finds purpose in mentoring young people to become the next generation of professionals. As a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Walden University graduate, his work is driven by a belief that strong teams and a focus on customer experience are what lead to lasting success.
